He serves as President of Medical Research Infrastructure and Director of the Drug Discovery Program, overseeing the translational research activities of this internationally renowned institution.

In his current functions, he also leads cutting-edge technological research platforms and supervises the Saudi Biobank, a national strategic resource for personalized medical research and precision medicine in the Middle East region.
